Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide an exceptional service and experience to all of my clients. With time management playing a considerable role in that
honor there is a 10-minute grace period added on to each service. Anything after requires a late fee of $15. If you are more than 30 minutes late with or without communication you will be considered a no show and banned from further booking.
No shows will also be required to pay 50%, if not 100% of the price of the style booked.
Time is something we all value. I hold myself to the same standards I enforce to my clients. I respect everyone’s time and appreciate all of which who returns the favor.
